The bottom 14" tier was rum cake with rum mousse. The 12" tier was German chocolate cake with coconut/pecan filling. The top tier was carrot cake with cream cheese filling. All frosted with buttercream. There are styrofoam blocks in between tiers making the separation and pvc tubing holding the weight. -Gary Mason, CPC, Mason Sweets.
