Frills on black
This was my own birthday cake. Two tiers of styrofoam, one tier of "white on white chocolate" with hazelnut pastry cream filling and hazelnut bc. Black fondant covered with white frills and dots, embellished with silver dragees. This was inspired by a cake I saw at the STITR show last year done by Nikki Dechent of Cake Crumbs in Denver. I fell in love with her cake at first sight and knew I'd be making a version of my own. TFL!
