The entire cake is edible except for a couple parts like the stick for the sign and the paddle handle. It is for a friends 40th birthday which is on the fish. The kayak and fish are also cake wrapped in fondant. I used piping gel for the water, which looked great in person! The birthday boy LOVED the cake!
