Birthday cake for my Mother in Law. I wanted to try a rosette cake like I have seen here recently. Not overly pleased with the result of my first effort, but it was late at night and I had to go with it as is. I embellished it with gumpaste flowers to fill in between the rosette and added a gumpaste flower topper. The cake is white chocolate with strawberry filling and buttercream icing
