Made this cake for my brother's 50th birthday. He had gotten a bear when it came up behind him and surprised him while hunting. I wanted to make him a special cake. It was marshmallow fondant over butter cream. I made the bear, rocks and John out of gum paste. Was a lot of fun to make.
