4 tiered wedding cake with 6 satellite cakes as bottom tier. 50 red velvet cupcakes with peppermint buttercream. Two square tiers: vanilla cake with lemon curd filling, and vanilla buttercream covered in fondant. Round tier: vanilla cake with fresh blackberries, and vanilla buttercream covered in fondant. Satellite cakes: all chocolate, 2 filled with bavarian cream and fresh raspberries, 2 filled with chocolate ganache, and 2 filled with bavarian cream and fresh strawberries. All in all, this cake fed approximately 270 people (including cupcakes!)
