A birthday cake for a 12 year old who loves Juicy Couture, but whose mom didn't want to go to the expense of a carved purse cake. I took elements of the purse and added them to 6" and 4" rounds including the satin bow, gold charm, scottie dogs and the little white banner. The numbers are sparklers! Caramel and vanilla cake with homemade dulce de leche and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.
