I love this! can you explain how you get the topper to stand up on the cake?

The legs are actually two pieces of thick floral wire which goes up into the owl and down into the log beneath. I left the floral wire long enough to stake into the cake a couple of inches to keep it in place. I staked it into floral foam to dry it out until ready to place on the cake.

Thanks. All the black detail work was drawn with an Americolor gourmet food writer pen.
