For a 12 year boy who loves Captain America. This was made from a 16" cake. Bottom layer was pound cake, top was strawberry. All fondant decorations. It was tough to get the fondant to go under the bottom where I cut the cake back. The dad wanted the shield to have a very wide shallow look like the actual shield did. Fun cake to make, just big.
