this is a cake I made from one of the workshops I attended. bottom tier is chocolate cke coated with ganache and completely covered with modeling chocolate. top tier is dummy cake. leaf borders and flowers are also made of modeling chocolate. the drapes is made of white chocolate sugarpaste.
