This is the perfect cake for the slurpee lover in your life! The cake has 4 layers...2 8" cakes cut in half and stood on end for the rounded effect and then I soaked each layer in jello to give it the slurpee look on the inside. It is then iced in whipped topping and the slushie part looks that way because of decorators sugar!
