O.K. can you explain what you mean by cookie cake?

Sorry, it didn't put in the info for some reason. It is a two-tiered chocolate chip cookie cake done for a groom as a surprise from his bride. It's trimmed in fudge icing. It's baked in a 3" deep cake pan for quite some time to ensure it's cooked through. They loved it and the groom had a great laugh.

Chocolate Chip cookie with more of a cake consistency, baked high in a deep cake pan, stacked like a regular cake.

Can you share your recipe?? I have several friends with kids that do not like cake. This would be a perfect alternative.

I got it from one of the major cookie company's website. Can't think of which. Anyway, I will dig it up when I get home.
