This is a 10" cake for a lady in my church turning 82...I learned she has Alzheimers and probably won't realize her birthday next year, sad. This cake represents alot of firsts for me...I tried the upside down icing techinque (not a favorite), first time stenciling (needs work) and my first Anenome (spelled right?) Had some trouble with the stenciling and the flower, but I love both. TFL. The "R" is cut using cricut cake.
