Sometimes you gotta make a cake and NOT send it home with a customer! I made this for my Mother-in-law's 70th Birthday. Double Dark Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Filling, Buttercream Icing, Poured Chocolate Gnache, and Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries. Garnished with some fresh mint and a few gumpaste flowers. I wish we had smellavision. This whole cake smells like a fresh chocolate covered strawberry. MMMMMMM Yummy!
