I had to make out the cutter from an aluminium can, I have found that that's easier than purchase or look for something that it's impossible to find in Mexico.
These are cute. Have you seen the tutorial on Sweet Sugarbells that shows how she make cookie cutters from oven liners? I might be a lot easier than tin.
