This is a true Guinness cake. The moist cake is an old family recipe for Guinness cupcakes with a Bailys Irish cream ganache filling covered in Bailys Irish butter cream frosting. I added my own twist of buttercream fondant for the "beer".......truly loved on St Pattys Day as well as any other day by all Guinness lovers.
