Monster Truck cake I made for my son's birthday. Baked 2 loaf cakes, stacked and carved, I used 2 rectangles from one half of the loaf and placed them under the truck behind the wheels to give it the height. Frosted with buttercream. The tires are chocolate donuts with fondant placed in the middle. Mini marshmellows for the lights on top of the cab, black licorice for the bars, fondant for the windows. Baked an extra cake and crumbled it up for the dirt under the truck.
