I made this for my daughter for her 23rd birthday. White chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing. For the backdrop, I used a Wilton blue sugar sheet, and then I painted the picture on with food coloring and the Wilton Sparkle Gels in black, white and yellow. She LOVED it!!
