We did an ice cream themed birthday party for my kids this year so this was the cake I made.
11x14 cut to shape (used a round cake board to get the shape at the top) then used large circle cookie cutter for the bite mark.
I did the exact same cake a couple years back...but yours is way better. My dripping chocolate wasn't as good as yours. I never managed to photocopy "Plant Cakes" stencil to the right size. I would love to try this cake again but haven't found the excuse. :( :
