Ice Cream Bar

We did an ice cream themed birthday party for my kids this year so this was the cake I made. 11x14 cut to shape (used a round cake board to get the shape at the top) then used large circle cookie cutter for the bite mark.

Thanks! Yes, the green and brown are fondant. The sprinkles are also rolled fondant. The stick is gum paste.

I did the exact same cake a couple years back...but yours is way better. My dripping chocolate wasn't as good as yours. I never managed to photocopy "Plant Cakes" stencil to the right size. I would love to try this cake again but haven't found the excuse. :( :
