This is a "dummy" carousel with fondant icing and gumpaste figurines, depicting Disney characters. I formed the turret 4 days prior, and thought it was dry. Assembled the cake and BANG! - 82% humidity = causing the turret to collapse :( Back to the drawing board for me.
