This is a Butterbeer cake with butterscotch ganache filling and butterscotch buttercream. Modelling chocolate Tbone & fat. This was made for a friends 50th birthday who just so happens to be a butcher! Thanks to all for the inspiration for this cake especially Arline's Steak cake! TFL
