Stack of Books Wedding Cake

I made this wedding cake for a good friend of mine. He loves to travel and has found his soul mate. The titles are a compilation of their favourite books with the top book ("Oh the Places You'll Go" by Dr. Suess) representing all their future travel adventures. I had a lot of fun making this cake and a lot of anxiety too as I decorated the cake in my hometown, 600 km away from where I live. The humidity there was making me a nervous wreck and at one point I had two big fans on each side of the cake trying to dry it out. The cake turned out great though and my friend was extremely happy.
