Like so many I have seen on here. The sesame seeds are real. Brownie hamburgers, fondant cheese and icing toppings. I made tiny cupcakes, so when baked, they only filled 1/2 of the muffin tin with no crown. I baked the top of the bun on cookie sheets - I just wished they rose up higher and more dome-like. Maybe it was the recipe I used. I tried to just bake a whole cupcake and cut the top off but they ended up looking too tall and cartoony.
