I made this for my son's 12th birthday. The yellow block is lemon filled and covered with lemon buttercream icing, the red block is red velvet filled and covered in vanilla cream cheese icing, and the blue block is vanilla (tinted blue) filled and covered in vanilla buttercream icing.
