This Mickey Mouse cake was for a first birthday. The hat is cake covered with fondant. The ears are made from a 50/50 mixture of fondant and gumpaste. The cake is iced with buttercream frosting and covered with homemade fondant. The Mickey Mouse heads and gumballs are all made from fondant. I really enjoyed making this cake!
