Strawberry Jello Cake (vanilla cake w/liquid strawberry jello poured over, then placed in fridge for 3-4 hours for the jello to set), Wilton whipped topping (normally I use whipped cream but this was an outside event & no way it was going to last in 105 degree heat), fresh strawberries & blueberries. Won 3rd place at my husband's wing dessert contest! If anyone wants the recipe let me know! TFL
