Let's just say this was my first "carved" cake and the first time working with RKT. The head is RKT and for the life of me I couldn't get it to be quite perfect. Then came the issue with the eyes (she looks cross eyed) and the fondant ears completely falling apart (hence the paper ears). Oy! Can you see the disaster in all of this? It was a mess. It's a good thing this was for my husband.
