Cake for my aunt's 75th birthday. Banana cake with toasted coconut rum caramel filling and whipped dark chocolate ganache icing using the petal technique. Flowers were my first attempt at fondant flowers so they aren't that nice but I think she'll like it! Thanks for looking!
