This was made to mimic the engineer's logo (military) for a retirement ceremony. I am having a HARD time with humidity making my fondant soft....feel free to post any helpful ideas you may have in the comments :) -- Cake is lemon with lemon curd and lemon buttercream with MMF mixed with MFF. Turrets and the top of the wall are RKT.
