This is my first attempt at covering a cake with fondant. I'd like to thank all those folks out there who gave me advise. I still have a lot to learn, had to patch where the fondant cracked and ooozed frosting. However, the guests enjoyed it. The top layer was a tropical mix with mandarin orange filling and almond joy bc. The second was a milk chocolate with blackberry filling and sbc and the bottom was a white chocolate cake with nutella filling and sbc.
