Birthday cake for a friend whose son was turning one. He was born in the year of the tiger, hence the tiger theme. Bottom two tiers are yellow cake with raspberry buttercream, covered and decorated with fondant. Bottom tier was first brushed with Crystal Colors powdered food coloring for the sunset effect. Pith helmet mango smash cake with mango buttercream. Brim is a cake board covered in fondant. Helmet emblem says, "Little Tiger."
