8" round cake covered in Swiss Buttercream frosting. Piped edge trims. Rose, leaves and bow are in chocolate modeling paste (melted chocolate + corn syrup mix). Leaves were pressed using silicone molds. This was my first cake created after taking a cake decorating course at I.C.E. here in NYC.
Very pretty! You did a great job. The rose is perfect. I am going to have to try modeling paste someday.
