I made this for a SWAT Team member. The only inedible thing in it is a dowel thru the barrel. Ignore the toothpicks please, I was getting it ready for transport when I took my pictures. It went over very well with the many off-duty cops that were there. It was made of gum paste. The cake is what I call, "Supreme Death By Chocolate." It is a chocolate cake with milk chocolate swirls, a chocolate buttercream, milk and white chocolate chips in the center, and covered in chocolate ganache.
