February, 2011 Connecticut Cake Competition Blue-Ribbon winner - Theme of show was 'Things from the South'. Cake dummy with fondant, rice-krispies hills, buttercream grass. Molding chocolate for characters & trees done by my friend Julie Q. Keyboard is foam covered in fondant. Music was printed on a fondant sheet.
