What size is the bottom cake? How many people did this feed? HOw many dowels did you use?

Chefamanda - Sorry I can't remember the size of the bottom cake. I know it was a very large cake that I cut to the size I thought looked good. It probably fed about 75. At the time, I didn't know about dowel rods, so none were used.

How did you get the bottom cake from sinking with the carriage cake on it?
