Red and White wedding cake

This was done for a friend of mine. There was quite a bit of drama surrounding this cake, from the baking to the decorating to the setup and YES, even the serving! Bottom tier is scratch red velvet with vanilla bean cream cheese filling, middle tier is lemon WASC made with Betty Crocker mix and lemon curd buttercream filling, top tier is WASC spice with cream cheese apple butter filling. I could have done without the bobble heads but that's what she wanted! Those things were like 2000 pounds!
