I delivered this Wedding Cake today...it a terrible rainstorm...it was a white-knuckle drive all the way in. I stacked 2 tiers before leaving the house... and carried top two in boxes. I was afraid they would topple over ...although, now I am gaining a little experience I would more 3 in the future. This cake has 100% fondant roses...old-fashioned buttercream and pound cake.
