This 7-tier cake consists of four 4" round and three 6" square tiers. The round tiers are fondant airbrushed with super red, then red sheen, then super pearl. The reds are heavier at the bottom of each tier, fading to very light at the shoulder and top. The super pearl is heaviest on the top and shoulder of each tier, fading to very light at the center. The square tiers are BC with RI stencil. All cakes are torted. Flavors are: French vanilla with dark chocolate ganache filling in the center and fresh strawberry filling in the upper and lower tortes; dark fudge cake with white chocolate ganache filling in the center and fresh raspberry filling in the upper and lower tortes; dark fudge cake with dark chocolate ganache in the center and fresh raspberry filling in the tortes. Swarovski crystal banding and monogram, jeweled brooch and adornments and black ostrich feathers complete the look. Cake design is a collaboration between the bride and cake decorator.
