I was messing around with icing flavors today and decided to try something different. At first look, it might not be all that appealing. Even the sound of it could put someone off. But Dark Chocolate cupcakes with this creamy avocado buttercream is delightful! The hint of avocado flavoring is subtle and really cuts down on the sweetness of the buttercream. Definitely will keep this one in the "Yummy" category. TFL
