This cake was made for my cousin's wedding in August of 2009. I had plenty help with this cake. My aunt baked the cakes, many cakes to get them all to her satisfaction. My mother helped with the fondant and ribbon, and my father help to assemble the cakes with the dowels and everything. When the flowers were delivered they were fluorescent pink, so I spent 3 days painting them to the right colour. I think that for my first wedding cake I did a pretty awesome job!
