A 9 x 13 lemon layer cake filled with a lemon curd and a whipped lemon mascarpone frosting. It is frosted with the mascarpone frosting and I used that along with buttercream to create the basketweave. I decorated the top with spring flowers using buttercream. This was for a friend who ordered this cake for her daughter's surprise engagement party! :) TFL!!
