Modern Bow

I had a lot of inspiration for this huge 120 portions cake. This is a lemon cake with Italian meringue filling and covered with buttercream than covered with fondant. Everything is edible. I hand made the jowels with fondant and edible pearls. The bows and ribbons are shinny with pearl luster dust. Thanks to cake girls for the inpiration on the bows and the jowels. The separators are square glass vase filled with pieces of aluminium. I wanted a chic and classy cake and I am very please with the result !
