The inspiration for this came from Sam Dobbyn on flickr and I wanted to try and replicate it because her work is stunning. The bottom tier is a cherry ripe mudcake with dark chocolate ganache and the top tier is a gluten free white chocolate mudcake. I was very sad about this cake because the day after this photo was taken my dog decided to take a big chunk out of the bottom tier. I had to redo this cake and it did not turn out the same but was close.
