I had big plans for this cake. Unfortunately, everything I did went wrong and this is what I ended up with! It was for my in-laws 40th anniversary...I did have a 40 to put on it, just didn't get a pic. First and last time I use Satin Ice fondant. Chocoalte WASC cake with chocolate mousse filing. I hand painted everything with red food coloring.
