My niece requested a Super Mario themed birthday cake so this is what I came up with. Bottom 2 tiers is a chocolate orange cake with chocolate orange creamcheese and whipped cream icing. Filling is a vanilla orange pudding. Top tier the mushroom is a vanilla rainbow cake (multi-coloured inside, sorry forgot to take a picture) with vanilla coconut buttercream icing. Everything but the characters are edible due to a time crunch. Question for everyone out there. What is a reasonable price for a cake like this. I have a ton of people asking me to make one for them. I know the figures alone cost me $100 CDN. Feedback would be really appreciated. Thanks
