A Wedding cake for my mother in-law. She wanted a purple and gold french vanilla cake filled with cheesecake filling. Gold sparkling icing was used for the designs. I frosted the cake with Swiss Buttercream. IT was very hot this day and the color started to run when the buttercream started melting. The building had no air conditioning.
