Chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting, covered with fondant. Fondant is painted with a lemon juice & food coloring mixture to resemble cooked pancakes (due to dietary restrictions I couldn't use alcohol to mix with the food coloring). Buttercream "whipped cream" on top, fondant blueberries and strawberries, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Many thanks to EricaDeCima and EnglishCakeLady whose pancake cakes inspired this one!
