The little birthday girl was very specific...wanted a hot-pink cake with flowers like i made her previously, horseshoes on the bottom tier, pearls along the base of the tiers, and a white horse on top. When I saw a cake by Feathy on here a few weeks ago i knew i had to make the top tier a barrel cake. This was a Hot pink cake, although the color looks a little off in the photos. MMF, with MMF pearls brushed with lustre dust. gumpaste flowers with dragee centers, gumpaste horse and horseshoes.
