what kind of pans etc did you use to get the shape of the belly and tatas?

by the way, the bow/ribbon is absolutely amazing. I LOVE this cake

i always use the wonder mold barbie pan for the belly and just carve away the pointed end. and for the ta tas (lol) i use the ball pan that comes in two halves (again you have to carve away the edges to make it proportioned) thank you the shower colors were brown and pink so this is what i came up with.
